Mark joined KMI in 2015 with over 25 years of experience building successful technology product companies, in the fields of telecommunications, RF technologies and solar power. He has experience in all functional areas of technology product sales, marketing, design & manufacturing companies, including business development and M&A successes. Mark has worked at startups, medium-sized companies and publicly-traded companies, and has repeatedly driven bottom line success based on new product introductions. Mark has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Mark enjoys hobbies involving electronics and wheels, and is happily married with two adult children.
Jenn started her career in sales and quality engineering at General Electric and General Dynamics where she learned the roots of customer satisfaction. She has spent 15 years in engineering, product management and sales in the industrial and medical markets. She has her BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). She is passionate about working with customers to tailor design solutions to meet their needs while keeping in mind excellent quality, price, and lead times.
Jenn is happily married with two children Chloe and Lyla and enjoys volunteering at her childrens’ school and within the animal rescue community. In her free time she enjoys cooking, enjoying local restaurants, and boating.
Ben Bielecki joined KMI in 2004 as a drafting intern. After three months, he was hired on full time. For two years he learned KMI’s products inside and out before stepping into a sales role. His intimate knowledge of the product has allowed him to be very hands-on in each customer’s design in order to provide a deeper level of service required for some of KMI’s harsher applications. His knowledge and experience with KMI’s customers, products, and background continue to be a valuable asset to the company.
Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Christine, daughter Selene, family and friends, and travelling.
Kyle Zech joined Kinematics in 2011 with 17 years of experience in manufacturing which includes tool & die, cnc machining, fabrication, plastics, and assembly. He is a team oriented professional having roles in business development, sales, engineering, operations, and project management. He has worked with companies of all sizes helping them to solve issues and grow their own businesses. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Kyle enjoys camping, hiking and traveling with his wife and two boys.
Adam joined KMI in 2016 with over 10 years of product development and engineering leadership experience in the fields of aerospace and solar power. Adam has worked at start-ups, medium size companies and Fortune 30 companies, focusing on fundraising, technical team building, innovation processes, patent and intellectual property development, new product prototyping, testing and DFx for software, hardware and electronic products. Adam has a bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic University and a masters of Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Adam enjoys traveling, skiing and guitars.
