    When little to no backlash is needed for an application, the Kinematics ZE slewing drive is ideal. The drive offers as low as 0.01° of backlash. This is perfect for solar trackers, specifically Concentrated Photovoltaics (CPV), solar troughs, and heliostats that need to focus on a single point. The ZE Zero Backlash drive is also effective in wind turbines, medical equipment, and satellite and radar dishes. Various man lift manufacturers also use the ZE slewing drive when backlash needs to be reduced for safety reasons but 360 degrees of rotation still needs to be maintained.
