Kyle Zech | Vice President, Product ManagementKyle Zech joined Kinematics in 2011 with 17 years of experience in manufacturing which includes tool & die, cnc machining, fabrication, plastics, and assembly. He is a team oriented professional having roles in business development, sales, engineering, operations, and project management. He has worked with companies of all sizes helping them to solve issues and grow their own businesses. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Kyle enjoys camping, hiking and traveling with his wife and two boys.

Adam Plesniak | Vice President, Product Development

Adam Plesniak | Vice President, Product DevelopmentAdam joined KMI in 2016 with over 10 years of product development and engineering leadership experience in the fields of aerospace and solar power. Adam has worked at start-ups, medium size companies and Fortune 30 companies, focusing on fundraising, technical team building, innovation processes, patent and intellectual property development, new product prototyping, testing and DFx for software, hardware and electronic products. Adam has a bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic University and a masters of Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Adam enjoys traveling, skiing and guitars.

Kenneth D. Miller | Director, Product Development

Kenneth D. Miller | Director, Product DevelopmentKenny joined Kinematics in 2016 with an extensive 35+ year background in gear design and manufacturing. He worked in the off-highway and automotive sectors of drive propulsion systems including; heavy off highway torque converters, powershift transmission, planetary drive axles, automotive transmissions, and automotive drive axles. He has also served on professional committees such as AGMA Bevel Gearing Committee and ASTM Lubricity Test committees. Kenny has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Kenny is the father of four and enjoys biking and kayaking with his family.
